    Ernie brings an unshakable passion for training, programming, and wellness to Mission Ready. His integrated approach to fitness, forged through years of operational experience, inspires others to train hard, stay capable, and “struggle better” in the face of any challenge.

    WRITER

    Rob brings his creativity and operational experience to Mission Ready articles and media. Living on a small homestead in Mississippi, he stays sharp through gritty strength work, kettlebell training, and running. From ultramarathons to the squat rack, Rob’s passion for fitness and the written word helps inspire others to reach their full potential.
